Cursus Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cursus Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit cursusstudio.com or engage with our services. We are the data controller for the personal data we process about you.

1. What we collect

When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company or organisation, industry, project readiness, and any message or notes you share with us. When you book a call we also store the date, time, and timezone of the booking.

2. Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we are a good fit (legitimate interest).
  • To schedule, confirm, and follow up on discovery and strategy calls (contract / pre-contract steps).
  • To keep records of our client relationships in our internal CRM (legitimate interest).
  • To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data needed with carefully chosen processors:

  • Google — to create Google Calendar events and Google Meet links for booked calls.
  • Our hosting and database provider — to store form submissions and CRM records securely.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and CRM data for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 3 years) so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see your rights below.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

6. Contact

To exercise any of these rights, or for any privacy-related question, email us at sales@cursusstudio.com.
