Weeks 1–2

Discovery

What we do

Run 2 strategy sessions with your team. Session one is a deep, up-to-two-hour strategy call to uncover the course concept, your audience, and the modules that should sit inside it. We then go away to research the market, work up pricing, and design the full structure. Session two locks the concept, modules, pricing, and structure in writing so we can move into production with zero ambiguity.

What you do

Show up to both sessions. Share your expertise openly in session one. Review and sign off the locked concept in session two.

Weeks 2–4

Script & Design

What we do

Write every module script with your team. Design the course flow. Create slide templates and visual assets.

What you do

Review and approve scripts. Provide any additional expertise or examples.

Outcome — Full script pack ready for filming

Weeks 4–7

Film & Edit

What we do

Manage the entire shoot. Book the location, direct the filming, manage all post-production editing.

What you do

Show up on filming day and deliver the content to camera. Alternatively, we can hire actors.

Outcome — Professionally produced video modules

Weeks 7–9

Build & Test

What we do

Build the course platform. Integrate payments, user accounts, progress tracking, and certificates. Run full QA testing.

What you do

Review the platform and approve the final design.

Weeks 10–12

Launch

What we do

Build and execute the launch strategy. Email sequences, social content, optional paid ad campaign.

What you do

Share with your network and show up for launch content.

Outcome — Course live. First students enrolled.

Ongoing

Post-Launch

What we do

Stay on as an active partner to make sure your course keeps selling. Optional extras include paid ads management, ongoing marketing advisory, funnel optimisation, content repurposing, and affiliate or partnership rollouts — all offered on a revenue share basis so our incentives stay aligned with yours.
